Once again Melissa Midwest is sturing up trouble in her hometown of Lincoln, Nebraska!

On Saturday a police car pulled up outside her home and the officer driving the car furnished her with a ticket. The ticket was pre-filled in. Basically it had all of the feeling you get when the bible-belt decides what is considered indecency. Check it out for yourself, she wasn’t even topless: fake Boobs! And the ticket.
